Agile and Lean based practices don't have an inherent value in themselves.The value lies in leveraging their principles and applying practices to the context of the problems you are muddling with.
Is one framework better than other? Is Scrum better than Kanban? Does XP has all the solutions?Is SAFe safe? Lean or Agile? Will this work here?
In this talk I will try to answer some of these questions by leveraging my experience with some of the biggest Agile transformations across multiple organizations, cultures and regions.
I will also talk about some of the techniques that are simple yet powerful way of reflecting where you are now and may help you choose a direction of where you want to go rather than tell you the destination.
